The Israel-Palestine Project

In September, 2006 I went to Israel for 2 weeks to gather audio and video footage for a set of future projects dealing with the idea of home and its relationship to physical space. I mainly focused on interviews with a range of Israelis and Palestinians where they talked about their personal stories and how their background intersects with larger political and religious ideologies of space. These interviews will be used as the basis for future sound pieces and videos. I will also transcribe these interviews and use the written language for wall texts in future installations.
